- Website enquiries and calls more than doubled: 233 in 1–30 October from the 14 client sites we tracked in both months, up from 113 in September.
- Google clicks up 37%: 1,670 to 2,288 across the 13 sites with Search Console data for all of both windows (1–28 Oct against 1–28 Sep). 14 of the 15 sites with a September figure got more clicks.
- A1 Roofing went from 4 enquiries and calls to 21 in its second month online. May Paving went from 10 to 21, 17 of them quote forms, and is booked into the new year (Kayla, October 2026).
- Roam Offroad got more clicks and a better click rate: 475 to 687 clicks, click rate 2.8% to 3.1%.

Enquiries and calls: Our client portal: website form enquiries (one per person per day) plus calls and emails tapped on the website, counted one by one, for 1–30 Oct against all of September 2026 (Adelaide time). Online orders are not included.
Google clicks, times shown and click rate: Each client site’s own Google Search Console, final data, all searches (including people searching the business by name), 1–28 Oct against 1–28 Sep. Click rate is clicks divided by times shown. A % change is shown only from a starting number of 10 or more (5 for enquiries) and only when the site had Search Console data for all of both periods. When times shown fell but clicks or the click rate rose, or clicks fell but enquiries rose, the fall is shown in grey, not red.
Ranking wins: searches that do not include the business name. A Search Console average position is Google’s own average across everyone who made that search in the month, not a single live check.
October is shown part-way so the numbers are fresh: enquiries 1–30 Oct against all of September, Google figures 1–28 Oct against 1–28 Sep (Google's data runs about two days behind). We top it up to the whole month once Google's data is final in early November.
Piper Plumbing & Gas and For Pets Sake are new sites this month: they are listed below but left out of the 14-site comparison.
