Case study · E-commerce · Wine & gin, Tanunda
The Hustle Collective: ten Barossa wine brands and So Gin, in one Shopify store.
The Hustle Collective brings ten Barossa wineries and So Gin together under one roof in Tanunda. We designed and built its Shopify store, launched in August 2026: a page for every maker, browsing by varietal, and live carrier shipping rates at checkout for the actual order and address.

The Hustle Collective- Area
- Tanunda, selling online
- Work
- Custom Shopify store by JB Digital Barossa, maker pages, varietal browsing, shipping setup, Klaviyo emails
- Line-up
- 10 Barossa wine brands + So Gin

Before, the work and after
The brief 2026
Ten very different producers: Arila Gardens, Bloc Wines, Bosward Wines, Bruno & George, Mecklen Wines, Teusner Wines, The Angry Rabbit, Thorn-Clarke, Tim Smith Wines and Tribus Wines, plus So Gin, made in the Barossa by chef and founder Stuart Oldfield.
- Each maker has its own story, and the store had to tell it.
- It then had to price a single bottle and a mixed dozen properly at checkout.
The work
- A page for every maker, with the story behind the label, who makes it, when it started and what it is known for, then the wines themselves. Each page is a proper landing page for that maker’s name and wines.
- Browsing by varietal for shoppers who know what they like rather than who made it.
- Live carrier rates at checkout instead of a flat guess, for the actual order and address.
- A newsletter sign-up, Klaviyo email flows and the age check a licensed liquor retailer needs.
What it does today
- 10 Barossa wine brands and So Gin, selling from one Shopify store (the line-up as published, 2026). Live carrier shipping rates at checkout since launch (August 2026).
- Live carrier shipping rates for the actual order and address, at checkout since launch (August 2026).
